Assessments

This assessment is designed to help us get to know you better and understand your preferred management style, collaboration preferences, and ways of working.

The cognitive and capacity test allows us to gain insights into your problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and overall cognitive capacity. By understanding these aspects, we can ensure that you are well-suited for the role and that we can provide the right support and environment for you to thrive.

Additionally, this test helps us learn about your preferred management style and how you like to collaborate with others. Whether you prefer a hands-on approach or more autonomy, we want to make sure that your working style aligns with our team's dynamics and the role's requirements
Stage 6
